- When the job is started first two pieces is given to the quality control and inspected.
- If the inspection is not ok, then the production will be start after the dimension of the work pieces is corrected.
- Rejection pieces should be given to the quality control and it should be kept in the rejection box.
- Three pieces are given to the quality control and inspected when the shift closing time
- The worker should give the gauge at store after shift closes.
- Machines and its surroundings should be kept clean by the worker.
