SHAPING MACHINE
- First machine should be well cleaned, oiled and it should run 2 min ideal for oil flowthroug the machine.
- After asking the job from the production supervisor, the worker should go to his alloted machine and buy the tools needed for setting from the store.
- The job should be clamped on the bed of the shaper machine tightly.
- Check the travel length of the tool moving ram according to the job place on the bed.
- The worker should return the tool to the store after finishing the work.
- The worker should clean the scrap and keep in a separate box
- The worker should clean his alloted machine and its surroundings after shift closes.
