SURFACE GRINDING
- First machine should be well cleaned, oiled and it should run 5 min ideal for oil flowthroug the machine
- After asking the job from the production supervisor, the worker should go to his alloted machine and buy the equipments needed for setting from the store.
- If any problem occurs in tool, the worker should inform to the production supervisor and repair the problem and fix to the machine.
- The worker should give the grinded piece at q/c and inspect the piece
- In case of tool is needed to another machine after grinding, the worker should inform to the machine operator and hand over to him.
- In case the tool is not needed to any operation, then inform to the production supervisor and hand over to the store
- The worker should clean his alloted machine and its surroundings after shift closes.
